Great results start with proper preparation
We check pockets and sort garments into whites and colors. Our thorough checklist helps keep your garments in good condition and extends their lifespan.

- To reduce health risks, we ask customers to rinse off vomit, blood, feces, or urine happened outside of normal use before placing an order.
It’s a myth that hot water washes are better
Once pre-wash check is completed, your laundry is ready to go into washer. Your laundry is washed in its own load and never mix with others. And whites and household items are washed in a separate load.
Our standard temperature setting is cold (55-65°C). It’s different from tap cold; it’s warm enough to effectively remove everyday dirt and stains and still being gentle on garments to preserve color. We use your choice of detergent (classic scented or hypoallergenic) and rinse products (scented, no scented or no rinse). We recommend using a rinse to help reduce odors.
Dry with proper time by materials
Once laundry is freshly washed, it’s time to dry. To avoid damaging garments or damped, laundry is sorted into a few groups based on materials. Less time for gym clothes and more time for thick cotton towels. Tumble with wool ball to dry effectively and reduce static. hang-dry requested items dry in drying rack. We stretch wrinkles by hands while hanging to keep the shape of garment.
Finish with folding neatly one by one with great care
Fold each garment neatly according to your preference. We offer two typers of folding: traditional and file fold. We return items in hunger upon requests. If you provider hungers, return in hunger incurs no extra cost. For customers requesting iron service for shirts, we carefully hand iron your shirts at $3.50 per piece. Starch can be applied upon request.
When everything is folded, we sort folded laundry by the family member so that you and your family member (or roommates) can easily fix them to each closets and drawers. Socks and undergarments are folded squarely to fit neatly into your drawer.
