Wash away questions about laundry delivery services before your first order
When will my laundry be delivered?
Out standard turnaround time is 24 hours. We offer express 12 hours turnaround services as well with 20% surcharge. For standard next day service, delivery time is: morning pickup -> 7-10am next day. evening pickup -> 7-10pm next day. For express service, delivery time is: morning pickup -> 6-8pm same day. evening pickup -> 6-8am next day.
What is cancellation policy?
You can reschedule or cancel your pickup up to 1 hour before the scheduled time with no cost. A $10 fee will be charged for missed pickups.
What type of laundry do you wash?
We clean all washable clothing and garments, including towels, sheets as well as household items such as blankets, washable comforters, bathmats and pillows.
What areas do you offer services?
We currently offer services in Newcastle,Bellevue, Renton, Issaquah, Redmond and Sammamish, WA.
How much does services cost?
Our wash and fold services is charged per bag (13gallon). The rate is $29/bag for 3 or more bags. Our listed price includes delivery fees and tips. Sales tax is not included in the listed price. Same-day/Overnight services are available with 20% surcharge. View our Pricing page for details.
Do you offer hypoallergenic detergent?
Yes, you can select hypoallergenic detergent while booking a pickup.
Do I need to be at home when pickup?
You do not need to be present during pickup or delivery. Bags can be left in a secure location, such as front porch or back door. You may also choose to hand them directly to the driver or receive them in person.
Is my laundry washed with someone else’s?
Absolutely no! Your laundry is washed in its own load. Also, we separate whites from colors and wash each load using cold water to preserve color.
Can I use my laundry bag instead of tall kitchen bag?
We ask customers to place laundry in a 13-gallon tall kitchen bag(s) on your first order as we charge by the bag. If you do not have a kitchen bag, do not worry. We will bring a 13-gallon bag, transfer laundry to the 13-gallon bags and send you a picture. New customers receive a reusable nylon laundry bag with their first delivery, and you can use it for next order.
