We carefully wash your laundry according to your care preferences and deliver fresh, clean and nicely folded laundry to your doorstep the day after pickup.
How Service Works
Pack your laundry
Pack your laundry in a tall kitchen bag (13gallon). Special-care items outside of normal machine wash and tumble dry cycle such as hang-dry, delicate cycle wash, return items on hangers, handwash or iron (press) service, please pack these items separately and label them (e.g. hang-dry, return on hangers). Or let us know via phone or text. We will give you special-care item bag. Small fees may apply. See pricing for the details. If you do not have tall kitchen bag, do not worry. We will bring a bag.
Schedule pick up
Schedule a pickup time and leave a laundry at your designated spot or hand it to a driver.
Pickup window is a 30-minutes slot. Pickup time is 7-8am and 7-10pm on Weekdays, 7-10am and 7-10pm on Sat and Sun. Pick a time and select your care preference during booking: detergent, rinse, bleach and any other requests. Enter the card information you would like to use for payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You will not be charged until delivery.
Fresh Laundry is at your door
We will provide total price after pickup based on the number of bags, as well as any household items or special‑care items. We inspect pockets and sort whites from colors before wash. Fresh and nicely folded laundry will be at your doorstep next day of the pickup! Visit our google review to see satisfied customers’ comments. Delivery time is: morning pickup -> 7-10am next day. evening pickup -> 7-10pm next day. Based on availability, we can accommodate specific time request. Ask us! We also offer same-day, overnight delivery services.
No more laundry day
New customers receive a Tidy Transport original reusable laundry bag with their first order. Large bag holds 3 tall kitchen bags and regular bag holds 2 tall kitchen bags. You can also use this as hamper liner and all you do for pickup day is to tie the bag and leave it outside.
