Laundry, cleaning, organizing have been my life-long hobbies — moreover obsessions and therapies. A Friday night cleaning/laundry session has been the best time of the week to me! I know most people don’t believe that. For many, laundry feels like a headache—a never-ending cycle of load, wash, dry, fold, repeat. That’s why we’re here! We free up your time by delivering fresh laundry and freeing up your time. Another reason I opened this small business is that I wanted to make a place every customer feels comfortable in using laundry services. We understand laundry is a personal and private matter and we treat every customer with respect. If you order wash and fold to a large corporate laundromat, you never know who takes care of your laundry. This idea of visibility came from my own personal experience in New York where many people have to go to laundromat once a week. I wanted to order wash and fold services at the laundromat, but as a young woman, I felt uncomfortable handing my laundry to a male attendant even I knew they were professional and didn’t make fun of my granny panties. I used self-service laundry all the time, but these thoughts stayed with me.

I had been offering laundry services through a laundry app platform and kept 5-star review and many customers requested me as a preferred laundry provider. But I was not happy as laundry app is a budgeted service and it doesn’t allow me to provide the level of high quality services that I wish I could be offered if I used laundry services as a customer. And also, even customer requested me, sometimes I was not able to take an order due to other orders.
